Looks like some attempt at humor to me.
Whatever it was - it was weird. First, her barking like a dog and now this? Something is terribly wrong physically and mentally with this woman.

I think Hillary has lived an entire lifetime practicing a poker face so that she gives nothing away. She has been told to be spontaneous and funny and she has no idea how. I have seen her do a number of oddly off-key obviously scripted things to seem spontaneous. When she recently read the word “sigh” off the teleprompter it struck me that even her supposedly natural body actions are literally scripted.

When we were kids we called people like Hitlery “Spazes” and said they needed to take their spaz pills..
So she attempts humor by trying to emulate a person with a disease? Why didn’t she just foam at the mouth also and really make people with this illness feel substandard and little? Her further efforts to display her stupidity and crass. She has no class at all.
