I couldn’t imagine that he would self destruct like that. He could have taken the high road and preserved his political viability.

It was sheer, unadulterated, insanity on parade. I'm now more convinced than ever that Ted has a serious mental health issue.

Maybe he and Beck can chip in together on a two-for-one deal at a good Texas shrink.

We all suffer set backs and disappointments in life. Its how you deal with them that defines you. Most people try to salvage the situation and make the best of it. Its just one battle, not the war, so we get up off the canvass and live to fight again.

Cruz had the chance to be seen as a unifier and a person who puts the party ahead of his own self interest. Unfortunately, he’s not the only person in the GOP who is exhibiting signs of mental derangement.
