New York magazine's Gabriel Sherman reported Tuesday that Fox News star Megyn Kelly has accused the network's chairman of sexual harassment. The blockbuster report comes on the heels of Sherman's Monday story, citing sources at Fox News's parent company, indicating Roger Ailes was soon to be fired.
The decision to remove Ailes in the coming weeks was the result of misconduct discovered after a legal review of his actions in the wake of claims made by former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson. Carlson has filed suit in New Jersey Superior Court claiming the Fox News chairman requested they sleep together for favorable treatment. But it was unclear as to the immediate cause motivating Ailes pending dismissal, New York said, "until now." New York reported the bombshell revelation: "According to two sources briefed on parent company 21st Century Fox's outside probe of the Fox News executive, led by New Yorkbased law firm Paul, Weiss, Kelly has told investigators that Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her about ten years ago when she was a young correspondent at Fox.
Kelly, according to the sources, has described her harassment by Ailes in detail." 21st Century Fox executives have told Ailes to quit by Aug. 1 or be fired, according to the report. Ailes has hired lawyer Susan Estrich, Michael Dukakis' former presidential campaign manager, to head up his defense strategy. New York also claims Ailes has turned to Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani for advice on the widening scandal. New York said Fox and its parent company, as well as Kelly, declined to comment for the story. Since the Carlson suit filed in June, nine women have accused Ailes of sexual harassment during his five decades as a media and entertainment executive.

He'll never be able to disprove the charges.
Never.
Moral of the story? Don’t speak to women at work. Ever!
You are talking about “hostile environment” harassment.
If you had supervisory authority (or even indirect authority) over her, she could claim that there was an implied quid pro quo: that favorable treatment was promised in exchange for sexual favors, etc.
His problems went from bad to worse!
The Bill Cosby narrative
Lol. Be careful, your upbringing is showing.
Pax tibi.
Ailes should say, “I will resign when Bill and Hillary Clinton promise to retire from public life forever.”
[not defending Ailes, if he’s guilty he will fry, and maybe even if he’s not guilty, but for heaven’s sake we have one of the most prominent harassers of women ever known as the potential future “First Spouse” and Hillary as the ruthless enabler and protector of Bill over decades....]
There are women who would parlay that into ‘hostility’.

I just think this is a good time to hold a mirror up to the Clintons!
If Ailes is going to get toasted over this (deservedly so, it seems) then why are Bill Clinton and his ruthless witch Hillary still allowed to darken our public life?????
Either sexual harassment is a major issue or it is not. Why are the Clintonista liberals allowed to have it both ways?????
In other words, Is he like Bill Clinton, or Bill Cosby?
On a related note - Drudge says Bill Cosby is going blind...
Or a ten foot Hungarian.
How do you figure? Since it's based on nothing.
Well her first husband did say that their marriage didn’t work because they both wanted a wife.
NOT fake
Who does this guy think he is? Tiger Woods?
I say a one time unwanted advance is not sexual harassment. You make it a pattern, then it is.
I see an employee in the hall giving another employee a neck massage. If I don’t report it, then I’m supporting an environment that condones SH.
Ten years ago, who knows what went on.
I would fight these charge vigorously if I were Ailes. I would counter sew Fox if they fired me. So, the guy is fired, gone.
I said that right after Trump made her get her dyke haircut.
Plus she has been getting closer and closer to Rachael Madow with her political views also.
Greta wears women’s clothes directly copied from men’s attire and Megyn gets a MadCow dyke haircut.
I guess the leftist branch of feminism has gotten to news women.
And in the theme of the thread, Kelly had no problem with hooking up with Hume, they even laughed about it.
That paid off, helped get her where she is today.
