German police shot and killed a young Afghan refugee after he attacked passengers on a train with an axe and a knife, seriously wounding three people, a Bavarian police spokesman confirmed to ABC News.
Police say the 17-year-old was shot while during an altercation with police Monday evening. The motive for the attack remains unclear
