It starts with a 5 year timeout on ALL immigration. Dole suggested it 20 years ago. Slow to catch on.

5? Should be like the turn of century...couple decades.
Take that long to ENSURE those that want will assimilate. Easier to weed out those that don’t/won’t...and deport.
Course, far easier to just cut off the gravy-train of welfare. One step closer to restoring our Rights at the least.
