Anti-Donald Trump delegates are hoping to stir up trouble for the RNC and wreak havoc on the Republican National Convention next week, The Washington Post reports .
A group of delegates opposed to their party's presumptive nominee is plotting a variety of ways to upend the convention as the nation's focus turns to Cleveland on Monday.
One Louisiana delegate told the Post that some are preparing to bog down the convention with procedural maneuvers.
Others hope to force a roll call vote, a move that would drag out proceedings and give a spotlight to any delegates hoping to embarrass Trump by voting against him while the cameras are rolling.
Several "minority reports," which detail proposals that were rejected by committees, are reportedly in the works.
Some delegates are venting their anger not just at Trump, but at the Republican National Committee and its chair Reince Priebus for quashing measures proposed to the Rules Committee.
"To sound like Donald Trump – they rigged it," said Kendal Unruh, a delegate who has been a leader of the "Never Trump" movement within the convention. "The very thing they scream about is the very thing they did. I want to make this point extraordinarily clear: What a bunch of liars they revealed themselves to be."
Unruh told the Associated Press Friday that she was giving up her mission to "unbind" delegates from the results of their states' primaries and caucuses.
And Priebus declared the "Never Trump" push " over."
While it's implausible that anyone but Trump will emerge next week as the party's nominee, rowdy delegates could still cause a headache for the RNC and convention planners and deal a blow to the message of Republican unity.

No, Unruh spouts her crap on her Facebook page. I think she is one of those women who is experiencing menopausal insanity.
I am a woman, so, I’m not being sexist or misogynistic. I have seen women who go pretty nuts during menopause. I base this on her age, and her behavior....or maybe she is just an evil person, lest someone thinks I am trying to excuse her demented behavior.

Kendal Unruh is Jesse Unruh’s granddaughter. I remember him from his 1968 election activities; did not know about his reinvention of the California Treasurer post.

My goodness, Jesse Unruh, now that is a name from the past. I remember when Unruh died, I read his obit which had two paragraphs describing a long term relationship he had with one of his mistresses. Not knowing anything about his personal life, I had no idea he was such a player and was completely shocked.
Here is an article from Conservative Review I just read tonight. The way it reads, the well intentioned Never Trumpers (barf) just wanted to decentralize the power away from the Chairman of the party and evil Trump aligned with the establishment to stop that. Nevermind that the Never Trumpers wanted to stop Trump. They think Trump is just going to view them as well intentioned good guys? Get real! They don’t support Trump so they are ticked that Trump disposed of them.
