The wrong people are being protected by people who are of the same political affiliation. If this keeps happening there are going to be a lot of unexplained accidents. Two can play at that game.

Under HIPPA the records can’t be released unless the family authorizes it. However, if those records become part of the criminal trial, then they are part of the record.
The worst part of the whole thing is how the police and local politicians seem to be covering for the savages. I would think a recall of all the folks on the council should be forthcoming and when that is done, a complete purge of the police leadership.

I called the group Bikers against Child Abuse Boise chapter to see if they could help protect this little girl and her family against the intimidation they are experiencing. It sounds like the family are overwhelmed and possibly not making the best decisions for themselves, so I hope that if help is offered that they will take it. The BACA group do great work and have really helped abused children feel safe and protected having a bunch of big burly bikers watching over them.
