Townhall is reporting Pence has suspended his governor’s campaign en light of being chosen.

Better choice than Newt or Christie.

Rather had Sessions or Lt. Col. Allen West.

I cannot get excited about Pence. He’s too easily rolled. When the Indiana legislature passed a law stating that merchants were not required to perform certain business operations if it clashed with their religious scruples, the fudge packers went on the warpath.
In less than 24 hours, Pence folded like a paper parasol and vetoed the law.

Actions have consequences. And I don’t think someone who would easily throw all the Christian merchants and craftspeople under the proverbial bus, in slavish deference to a cult of rebellious sodomites, deserves to hold an office one heartbeat away from the Presidency.

The Trump campaign has indicated that Pence has not as yet been chosen. But he has owned the news/story all day long without ever himself making an appearance.

He and his campaign are playing the press, the DNC, and all the rest like a fine fiddle.

But if it is Pence...I am perfectly fine with him, It would be a nod to folks like Cruz and his supporters that Trump is willing to put someone with the same basic beliefs one heartbeat away from the presidency.

I would also be happy with Gingrich. Despite some of his baggage, he is someone who knows the ropes, someone who has gotten major things accomplished, and someone whom I view as loyal American.

I personally am praying for
Trump/West
That would shock all the sock puppets, and kick this election into high gear.

Breitbart always freezes my puter and never loads. They definitely need to fix the problem.

Now it’s certain. Fox just ran with it. That on top of the Daily Mail and Drudge.

I hope it’s not Pence. I’m familiar with him. I lived in IN for a long time, and voted for him as governor in 2012.

Pence would be the Republican version of MAMBY-PAMBY, milktoast Joe Biden. Blech. That said I will still support TRUMP.

exactly as i expected.

only Trump knows who he’s gonna pick; it’s the ONLY way to prevent links, and Trump is a VERY smart guy.

I wanted an outsider but of the candidates, I like Newt the best - flawed maybe, but who isn’t?

I think Trump should consider a new VP in four years with a long-term view of a guy, preferably and outsider, smart businessman type with a fire in his gut, who is ready, willing, and able in 2024 to walk into the WH and lead the effort to DISMANTLE the 80%+ unconstitutional central government.

Good. Allen West is the go-to-guy for Trump’s VP.

Trump campaign: "A decision has not been made by Mr. Trump."

Trump: "I will be making the announcement of my Vice Presidential pick on Friday at 11am in Manhattan."

Obviously, a decision has been made.

Pence is highly compromised and on the wrong side of a number of key issues - including being a proponent of globalist trade policies.

I’m still convinced its Rand who Mr Trump will choose.

None of the others add anything to the ticket

Listened to Hannity, which is really hard to do because he pontificates, then repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats again and again! I digress.

Listened to Hannity interview Newt on his show today and one thing I noticed is Newt never once used a past tense when discussing the V.P. pick.

As I see it, whether it's Pence or not, Trump has played the media like a Stradivarius!
