something is up. This is a massive policy reversal for Turkey.

Also a significant foreign policy win for Putin and a big defeat for Obama’s objective of getting Assad out.

That is good. Assad protects Christians in Syria. That's what matters

If he slaughters many Sunnis while doing that, that's icing on the cake.
