A truck mowed down a crowd in Nice, France. The people were celebrating Bastille Day. Reports of possibly 50 or more dead. Reports of hostages in hotel, restaurant. French said this could be jihadist tactic....

Now reporting 73 dead, and over a hundred injured- many critically. Driver exited vehicle and began to shoot the crowd. Driver neutralized. Guns and grenades found in the truck.
