“Felon in possession of a firearm – dismissed (May 29, 2009)”
My biggest gripe about gun laws. Let’s enforce the existing ones before making new ones.
The reason for creating new gun laws is to find new ways to take guns away from conservatives. They have no intention or will to take them away from thugs and felons.
Notice the date. It is a Federal offence for felons to possess a firearm, but under new directives from Obamugabe/Holder, no charges for the brother.
Had he been convicted and sentenced to 10 years, and forced to serve at least 80%, he would have still been in Club Fed and wouldn't have gotten shot.
Verdict: Obamugabe/Holder guilty!
