No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Such a Case?
American Thinker ^ | July 13, 2016 | Mark A. Hewitt

Having been on the side of leading several investigations, or as a member of a team charged with conducting them – usually aircraft accidents, the accidental death of a service member, or possible criminal activity – I found the process relatively uniform.

The real meat of an investigation is the determination of Facts and Findings. These could be a lengthy list of what documents and actions were found during the discovery phase of an investigation.

An example of Fact: A review of the maintenance records determined that the aircraft was released for flight per the applicable maintenance instructions. Finding: After departing controlled flight, the pilot in command failed to regain control of the aircraft using approved recovery procedures. Conclusions and recommendations follow.

A good investigation should leave no doubt in anyone's mind that the template provided and the process followed were thorough and complete.

Having briefed my findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leaders, I found FBI director Comey's conclusion statement to be simply bizarre. "Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." This statement defies logic and the available information in the public domain. There should have been sufficient evidence for any prosecutor to charge Hillary Clinton on violating a number of statutes.

no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case

"Reasonable", when dealing with the Clintons, means a person who is concerned for their safety and that of their family.

Well that’s because when he said “reasonable” he meant “anybody that wants to see the next sunrise”.

Anybody remember John Deutch, Clinton’s former CIA director, who got in trouble for bringing a laptop (just a laptop, not a server) home with him?

From Wikipedia: “Deutch left the CIA on December 15, 1996, and soon after it was revealed that several of his laptop computers contained classified information wrongfully labeled as unclassified. In January 1997, the CIA began a formal security investigation of the matter. Senior management at CIA declined to fully pursue the security breach. Over two years after his departure, the matter was referred to the Department of Justice, where Attorney General Janet Reno declined prosecution. She did, however, recommend an investigation to determine whether Deutch should retain his security clearance. Deutch had agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor for mishandling government secrets on Friday, January 19, 2001, but President Clinton pardoned him in his last day in office, two days before the Justice Department could file the case against him.”

Crooked Comey is a Criminal’s criminal-in-charge.

Under Comey, the FBI has the respect of rapist Clinton,
the respect of Benghazi murderer Clinton, and
of course the respect of the murderers of Brown and Foster.

Comey played Clinton word games to twist HRC out of prosecution (for now?)...

As I commented Jan. 2016:

I am somewhat suspicious that the reason for over 150 FBI agents assigned is for the sole purpose of positively making ANY & ALL indictable evidence against Hillary disappear...

Why? Hillary had over 900 FBI files in the White House during Bill’s 1st POTUS term and who knows how many subsequently accessed during her State Dept. tenure. Bill was one of the 1st of the “stealth candidates” groomed for the purpose of “fundamental transformation” of the USA from a Democratic Republic to Democratic Socialism, like “stealth candidate” Obama who actually promised “fundamental transformation” during his campaign.

Zero knows she has the dirt on him and because of her intertwined activities between State Dept. which magically appear to coincide with contributions to the Clinton Foundation, there are many very wealthy persons with a vested interest in assuring she acquires a position of power for future.

You may recall during the Clinton impeachment on the 1st or 2nd day Republican Senator Stephens telling Prosecutor David Schippers (book “Sell Out”) and the panel that Bill could rape a woman then stand up and murder her in front of the panel and they would still NOT get the votes to impeach.

Why? They were afraid of what retaliation may occur. Dick Morris also revealed that on air on FOX news. There is a reason that former DOJ Barbara Olsen titled her book “Hell to Pay” because that is what happens if you cross Hillary.

Congress should be asking Comey who within the FBI were there reasonable prosecutors. They have signed NDAs where they cannot talk except to congress. They must be brought before congress and testify.

Comey is a Clinton stooge. He and Lynch should have never had the case. Both are part of SHBC and the Clinton Foundation.

If the republicans cannot nail her the country is finished.

No “reasonable” prosecutor wants to be found dead in Fort Marcy Park, or have a gas explosion level his home.

No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Such a Case?...the funny thing is, this isn't a recommendation - it's not even a statement of fact - it's a speculative weasel comment which should have been dismissed as irrelevant to the FBI's mission, and the House should have demanded that Comey come up with an actual summary finding and recommendation after the FBI investigation - another chance missed.....
