Will bikers for Trump have their bikes? They might be the only people who can get around.
Based on the reports on TV, a lot of the city will be cut off. Many of the best restaurants will be closed, rented out to private entities. They (all levels of security, the private sector) seem to be adapting with more restrictions than previously planned.
