Attorney General Loretta Lynch refused to discuss her decision not to pursue charges against Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, despite intense criticism from House Republicans.
Days after FBI Director James Comey testified for nearly five hours in one House committee, Lynch took a markedly different tack before a separate panel.
She repeatedly refused to discuss details of the Clinton case, referred matters back to the FBI and at times appeared to go out of her way not even to say the former secretary of State's name, instead referring obliquely to “the matter.”
“While I understand that this investigation has generated significant public interest, as attorney general, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the underlying facts of the investigation or the legal basis for the team’s recommendation,” Lynch said.
“I received a briefing from the team,” she added, which included FBI investigators and career prosecutors. “I accepted that recommendation.”
The repeated dodges did not sit well with Republicans, who nonetheless peppered her with questions about her deferral of judgment in the Clinton case while declining to completely recuse herself from the issue.
“The concern here is about your sworn oath to uphold the laws,” Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) told Lynch after a series of questions she declined to address. “And to conclude that no prosecution would take place without examining and drawing conclusions regarding the questions that I’ve just asked does not seem to be a responsible way to uphold your constitutionally sworn oath.”
“You are in charge of the Department of Justice. The buck stops with you,” added Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.). “I am concerned that you have deferred the authority that is yours by law to Director Comey.”

Time to dig deep and get something that exposes this as obstruction of justice which it clearly is. Certain folks may/do have something and will release it. They got her on the record now where she can be nailed for obstruction and/or perjury and it should be interesting to see what comes out next.
Who thought this would go any differently??? In Obamaland, Laws are only for Republicans and other little people. I am appalled that ANY Republican would have voted to confirm Lynch OR Holder. Elected Republicans need to take a long hard look at their own behavior. THEY are the reason that Leftist’s aren’t held to account for their actions. NO ONE ELSE! If elected Republicans EVER held the Dems to account, we wouldn’t be in the precarious situation we are now in. PERIOD.
The House of Representatives to my understanding has the power to Impeach her and the Senate has the final say so on throwing her out. Anything else is useless empty bravado bullshit to placate Trump voters to vote for Republicans on his coat tails.

When Chaffetz asked her if it was illegal for someone with classified information to share it with a person who doesn't have the requisite security clearances, SHE SAID IT DEPENDS ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Nothing will come of this, especially when Zero mobilizes his minions to execute some more LEOs and change the headlines.

If you are talking about that fat ass of hers, she is not doing a very good job at hiding it.
The understanding is you won’t if you do.
An answer may transpire in the form of what is sometimes popularly called karma (the bible warns that pride goeth before destruction).
Basically it would be a case of being caught sitting on the spiritual branch that one just sawed off. The lack of law that Lynch flouted would suddenly be found to leave Lynch in a precarious situation. We may certainly pray for that to happen.
But for maximum effect, we should resolve not to gloat when it happens, but give glory to God.
