They are going to OUT all the pimps, hookers, pushers and users and CLEAN UP THEIR ACT! The problem is, it needs to start WITHIN the black community, by the blacks themselves who say "ENOUGH!".
And that isn't happening, any more than muslims condemning Jihadists.
