You can't trust the Tories to do anything right.

The whole mess of the Conservative Party ending up with another business as usual politician (Theresa May) as its leader after the Brexit vote stinks.

This is UKIP's spin on the matter along with the video of Andrea Leadsom's withdraw (a "staged event" perhaps to help the lefty liberal May who opposed Brexit and now claims she supports it).

To trust May on implementing Brexit is the equivalent of believing the Republicans in Congress intended to reverse Obamacare like they promised in election cycle after election cycle in recent years.

I think one has to almost wait and see how things play out.

Farage has announced he’s leaving as UKIP leader, but who knows what will change in the days ahead as Theresa May either fishes or cuts bait.

She could end up keeping the UK out of the EU technically with literal EU controls over the country, a fake and symbolic Brexit.

I have zero trust in her to do the right thing in the end.

She’s a Paul Ryan and John McCain type of politician

You nailed it. I fear May is a Paul Ryan intent on sabotaging the will of the people. If it were at all possible, Farage would have been the best thing for Britain since Churchill. Farage is smart and relentless.

Is she that bad? Liberals really seem to hate her..

The prime minister-in-waiting’s voting record reveals her likely stance on other important issues. May voted against plans to legalise assisted dying and against a ban on smoking in public places, which has been shown to improve public health.

May also has a negative approach to environmental issues. She has generally voted against measures to fight climate change and was in favour of the UK’s recent failed attempt to combat the spread of tuberculosis by culling badgers. She is also against environmental regulation for fracking in the UK.

I thought it odd the way Nigel Farage resigned suddenly at his hour of victory. Now we are hearing of “credible” death threats against not just himslef but his family, and he had simply had enough. If true, typical thug tactics of the left-EUSSR.

She is a “politically correct left liberal” as Peter Hitchens puts it.

She is also faking her intentions with Brexit just as sure as the GOP in this country has been faking their intentions with Obamacare.

One other thing, the “Liberals” hate the other party’s politicians as a reflex.

The parties of the “Left” and “Right” pretend their differences with emotions and speechmaking fueled by sympathetic media.

One ploy ideologues seem to fail to understand is the difference between symbolic votes and power acquisition votes.

The power seekers in all factions care about money and regulation of money. That is power. They will use the symbolic votes on smoking, euthanasia, abortion, etc to coddle the ignorant.
