COLOMA, Mich. (WOOD) — Larry Darnell Gordon has been identified as the man who opened fire inside the Berrien County Courthouse, killing two people and injuring two others.

Police say Gordon was being transported from a holding cell to the courtroom when he overpowered an officer and took his gun.
Two bailiffs were killed and a Berrien County Sheriff’s deputy was shot. Gordon was then shot and killed.

What in hell wasn’t he in handcuffs while being moved? I’m betting somewhere a judge decided it would be prejudicial to have a d defendant arrive in cuffs. Now three cops are dead.
