Castile.............He was such a nice boy, never seemed to have been “convicted” (although he had a rap sheet longer than both your arms), he was just getting things in order for his “cause” (meaning his gang affiliations), etc. etc. etc.... With a rap sheet as long as his and being a known gang member, I doubt that he really had a carry permit.
