Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger and all of their commie buddies were rabid "anti-fascists" until the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact, after which they had no problem with fascism at all, right up until June 22nd 1941. Then they were full-throated American "patriots" while the Soviets stole us blind. The day we weren't useful to the Russians anymore, they got their marching orders again, never once so much as questioned all of the 180° turns they'd been told to perform.
