Called an andros or packbot solution...... a phone is delivered via a bomb squads robot...... the phone is used to hopefully negotiate, yet has a surprise number in store for the bad guy listening to the negotiator if said bad guy has potential to do more harm to others.
His claim of having planted explosives all over downtown was a recipe that dealt him quick death sentence by a precision dose of lead to his medulla oblongata from a police sniper or a quarter pound of C4 in the phones handset.
Cant let the bad guy push the buttons or pull the trigger after he’s established intent, opportunity and capability. Must be put down like the rabid critter he’d proven hisself to be.......
