I would speculate in green ink and silk threaded paper. The Treasury is going to need a lot more with the money printing presses running at full tilt.

when Trump is ahead by 8/9 points in November, the unemployment will suddenly fall to 3.9.

This SHOULD have been the headline but wasn’t. All the media I heard or saw had the headline that 287,000 jobs were added last month. The fact that the unemployment rate went up was buried if mentioned at all. Of course, if a Republican were President that would have been reversed. Shoot, the media kept up the “jobless recovery” meme long after the unemployment rate was declining rapidly under Dubya. But you have never heard that phrase during this regime.

[as another 347,000 people found themselves out of work]

Can’t be. I’ve been told by the MSM and local news that the economy is booming.

The old propagandists in Russia are no doubt green with envy.

They usually had to threaten people. Our idiot, lying, partisan, media hacks do it cheerfully and willingly.

The day after Trump is sworn in the unemployment rate will suddenly jump to 29.8%, where it should be now if Washington didn’t screw with the numbers.

I am no genius economist, and I hope someone will correct me if I am wrong, but it seems the pathetic BOASTING that some of the leftists do about the yearly deficit “shrinking” over the past seven years is NOT because of decreased government spending “per se” but because of the low interest rates that have been keeping the outlays on that portion of the budget lower....

In other words, the economy has been so bad that interest rates have been kept down—which means the interest payments on our debt (which continues to rise) have not risen as fast as they would in a “normal” economy.

Hope that makes sense.

No doubt. I’m praying he at least gets elected, we make it that far without more false flags and riots, and more.

I think the Summer of Barack just kicked off last night. Hope I’m quite wrong but I doubt it.

Here's the dirty little fact - the deficit has NOT shrunk; in fact, it's up to $1.1 trillion this year (and counting).

What is reported is the "official on-budget" deficit. Meaning those expenses the Federal Government chooses to report and track. That number can change by the White House or Congress deciding a certain expenditure is no longer "on budget" and thus any overruns are no longer an issue.

The actual deficit - meaning, what is spent above tax revenue and must be covered by debt - is shown at Treasury Direct, and you can see we're up $1.1 trillion this year, on track to hit another $1.4 trillion by the end of September.

Too many people swallow the media/DC lie that the deficit is just the "on budget" number. In reality, it is all spending above and beyond tax revenue, and that is realized by the national debt from year to year.

Studying the history of the national debt, you'll see the last time we had an actual surplus (did not add to the national debt) was 1957, under Eisenhower. Yes, it's been 60 years since we had a real balanced budget...

Not really accurate. The number of unemployed, defined as those actively looking for work, did rise, but not because they lost their jobs.

People looking for work, and the unemployment rate, rose because more people entered the workforce than jobs were created. These could be students who graduated and started looking for a job or people who were previously discouraged and had stopped looking for work getting back in the game.

That's also why the workforce participation rate increased. This was a good jobs report all around.

I think the Summer of Barack just kicked off last night. Hope I’m quite wrong but I doubt it.”

In my 75 years I have been through some really difficult times but, except for 9/11, have never been as frightened or anxious as now. Know part of it is because I’m older, but there doesn’t seem to be any adults in charge any more and nothing makes sense.

Did read an article here on FR that the guy in Minnesota did not have a permit to carry but was a gang member. No one in the media is covering or exploring this and the girlfriend’s video is being taken as fact and repeated over and over.

Went to the shooting range this afternoon but couldn’t get any time for at least four hours - just packed to the gills and overflowing. Everyone in my area seems to feel a renewed need to make sure they are prepared.

Pray that God keeps Donald Trump and his family safe from harm.

Agreed. Never have seen the insanity there is now.

To say this does not bode well for America is an understatement.
