I would speculate in green ink and silk threaded paper. The Treasury is going to need a lot more with the money printing presses running at full tilt.

when Trump is ahead by 8/9 points in November, the unemployment will suddenly fall to 3.9.

This SHOULD have been the headline but wasn’t. All the media I heard or saw had the headline that 287,000 jobs were added last month. The fact that the unemployment rate went up was buried if mentioned at all. Of course, if a Republican were President that would have been reversed. Shoot, the media kept up the “jobless recovery” meme long after the unemployment rate was declining rapidly under Dubya. But you have never heard that phrase during this regime.

[as another 347,000 people found themselves out of work]

Can’t be. I’ve been told by the MSM and local news that the economy is booming.

The nation's jobless rate rose 0.2% in June to 4.9%, as another 347,000 people found themselves out of work

Not really accurate. The number of unemployed, defined as those actively looking for work, did rise, but not because they lost their jobs.

People looking for work, and the unemployment rate, rose because more people entered the workforce than jobs were created. These could be students who graduated and started looking for a job or people who were previously discouraged and had stopped looking for work getting back in the game.

That's also why the workforce participation rate increased. This was a good jobs report all around.
