He thinks he is the only caring person in the world. I'm white, non-Muslim, hetero, male. I don't think he cares about me... at all.
This reminds me of how, earlier in his administration, he pretty much put down the military, but after a few years of running them around the world, often in the service of Muslim causes, he started to say nice things about them. Didn't fix the VA, though.

Obama is usually on the wrong side of any issue, be it public policy or international affairs.
As for "We are all equal under the law," that depends on the meanings of "we" and "equal." The law contains exceptions by rank and privilege, so is unequal right out of the gate.
