He thinks he is the only caring person in the world.
I'm white, non-Muslim, hetero, male. I don't think he cares about me... at all.
This reminds me of how, earlier in his administration, he pretty much put down the military, but after a few years of running them around the world, often in the service of Muslim causes, he started to say nice things about them. Didn't fix the VA, though.
