Everyone who has a CCW knows the first thing you do is put both hands on the steering wheel or the dashboard and inform the police officer you have a CCW. It’s the law folks!
Minnesota will settle out of court and she will get rich and a new boyfriend.

That’s just what he did. And the cop responded to get your ID. He went to pull out his wallet and was shot.

Wow, so he got what was coming to him, and “she will get rich and a new boyfriend”?!
The self-righteous police lobby has weighed in.
It’s not the law everywhere.

I’ve have two LEO contacts while carrying concealed in two different states (Arizona & Tennessee). In both cases I told the officer that I was armed and had my CCW license with me (even though neither AZ nor TN has a duty to inform law). Both times the officers said “no problem” and didn’t even ask me to see my CCW. Both contacts were very positive and nobody got shot...happy endings.
No shit sherlock
He told the cop his l and r was in his wallet AND was licensed and is carrying.
How do you produce a license and reg in your wallet with out reaching for it
He did all the right stuff
The cop is a murderer

No it’s not in all states.
You must carry your permit and proper ID (such as a driver license) when carrying a concealed firearm. Both the permit and proper identification must be presented if asked by a peace officer (no duty to first inform). A violation is an infraction punishable by a $25 fine (NRS 202.3667). Note that this does not require you to carry your concealed firearm permit when carrying openly. Nevada does not require you to notify a peace officer that you are carrying a firearm, but out of courtesy and for your own safety, if you are being detained, you may choose to inform the officer you are lawfully carrying a concealed firearm.
“Stop, Drop, and Cower!”
Sorry, but just because I have a CCW doesn’t mean I have to prostrate myself and debase myself in front of the uniformed super-citizens (who are more equal than other citizens).
It is absolutely un-American to propose that a law abiding citizen who is lawfully exercising their rights has to put up with that kind of crap!
If some police officers can’t stand the idea of lawfully armed citizens then they need to get out of policing because THEY are the criminals! THEY are why we have the Second Amendment in the first place!
