Explaining why he wasn’t recommending prosecution, Director James Comey instead showed that charges would have been justified.

nlike Mrs. Clinton’s own lawyers—who decided which emails to produce by reading just the headings—the agents read each of the many thousands of emails and fragments that passed through their hands. The job was made no easier by the decision of those lawyers to obliterate the email record they had examined, making it impenetrable to forensic examination. All in all, these tasks of the agents bear comparison with the labors of Hercules.

Mr. Comey didn’t explain why, with evidence clearly fulfilling the requirements of the two statutes involved, no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case—except for the director’s inaccurate assertion that it had never been done before.

And finally, although there was transparency about process, there was no discussion of underlying facts, only conclusions. It may be that some day there will be the usual transparency: disclosure of facts. That day was not Tuesday, and it is little wonder that many in and out of government were left both puzzled and dismayed.

What about the public corruption investigation? Did or didn’t the FBI investigate that and reach any conclusions.

Hillary Clinton intentionally transferred drives with classified documents to a third party with the direct instructions to pick and choose which of them to reproduce to submit to the State Department. Anything not turned over, she ordered destroyed.

So A) She ordered the destruction of public documents based upon the arbitrary decisions of a third party.

B) She intentionally handed classified documents to a third party with orders to either destroy or reproduce them in another format.

C) She did both of the above to have a third party determine which items might be personal in nature and therefore something she wanted destroyed rather than handing over to the State Department.

That’s dozens of felonies JUST in this portion of the chain of events. Put her on the stand and have her explain to the jury how this doesn’t ‘matter anymore.’

Nobody is focusing on the question of why she did all this. Why destroy thousands of documents and keep the rest where (she hoped) they would never be available to anyone?

Clinton Cash did a pretty good job with what the author had available but if the destroyed documents were available, the story would be ten times worse.
