FBI Director Comey Recommends No Criminal Charges Over Clinton Emails

FBI Director James Comey said he is not recommending criminal charges over Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server when she was secretary of state.

Having predicted on this forum that Comey would indict, I too was gobsmacked,

Once Obama endorsed Hillary and announced he was going to campaign with her the die was cast

Comey would have been taking on OBAMA the president which he wasn't going to do

SO IMHO he did what he could by laying out all the evidence for the public to see just how bad Hillary's actions really were

I’m wondering if Comey is giving hillary a pass on this and going to get her on the clinton foundation, raking in money from foreign governments while Secretary of State. Is all that more serious than the emails...and does he have a fall surprise for hillary? or is he in on the take for her and obama like all the rest.

There are so many unanswered questions on all this. When asked about the clinton foundation investigation by someone, Comey said he was not answering any questions about that right now... he took NO questions in that news conference. Sounded like he is not finished... and if that be the case, he’s taking a lot of heat and criticism for what he did and said on Tuesday.

I’d say what Comey laid out on Tues morning, was so damning to hillary that I can’t see all this working FOR her in the election. obama can’t do all he’s done either... nor can loretta lynch... the FBI has to know all this... There are other FBI agents who are upset with Comey... Watch what Comey says on any given occasion and see if there is a glimmer of hope in that organization... for Comey almost destroyed its reputation on Tuesday. What he did and said was beyond getting a handle on.

I concluded that he was in the tank and would let her walk when he adopted the Obama party line that the Orlando shootings really had nothing to do with Islam. IMHO nobody gets appointed to high office anymore unless they have a Dennis Hastert-style skeleton in the closet. A blackmail lever that can be pulled at the appropriate time if needed.

All I need to know about the Democrat Party I learned from watching reruns of The Sopranos.

The emails are bad, no doubt about it. But the Clinton Crime Foundation is bigger and nastier and possibly easier to prove. Only time will tell.

Then again, just because Comey recommended no charges doesn’t mean Loretta Lynch can’t go ahead and call a Grand Jury on her own. It is her call, after all. Maybe Loretta will be the honorable one and prosecute to the fullest extent!

I’ll just sit here quietly and watch alphabet TV while I wait for Loretta to get the trial started. Maybe keep up with the Kardasians.

Those 800 FBI files must have come in handy at long last. I had to believe that there were still some people alive they could affect and perhaps this is it!!!

Hallstrom said last night on Megan Kelly’s show that he is DONE defending Comey! Said there was absolutely no reason for him to drag it out and list the violations like he did WITHOUT a recommendation to charge. He also said that a LOT of current and former FBI agents are livid over what happened yesterday. I’ve always had my doubts about Hallstrom himself but if he’s finally thinking like a human instead of a bureaucrat, more power to him.
