The State Department on Tuesday issued a scathing condemnation of Israel’s plans to build new housing units in Maale Adumim and in Jerusalem.
“If it’s true, this report would be the latest step in what seems to be a systematic process of land seizures, settlement expansions, and legalizations of outposts that is fundamentally undermining the prospects for a two-state solution,” said State Department spokesman John Kirby of the plans, which were announced Sunday following last week’s terrorist attacks against Israelis in Judea and Samaria.
“We oppose steps like these, which we believe are counterproductive to the cause of peace. In general, we’re deeply concerned about settlement construction and expansion in East Jerusalem and the West Bank,” he charged in his daily press briefing. …

Kirby the idiot doesn’t get it: Israel doesn’t WANT a “two-state solution”. Why on earth would Israel want to give up some of its tiny self to rabid hateful psychopaths, giving them a perfect platform from which to launch rockets, dig tunnels, etc.? Why must Israel always be the one to sacrifice, to appease the vicious animals who can not BE appeased, who always want more? The U.S. is a one-note moron as concerns Israel, their only stable ally in the Middle East; “two states, two states” is their mantra, never mind such measures have never worked.
This sure looks like war, sweetheart. The Mooses cannot contain themselves, so they get the land taken from which they shot off their rockets — and then it’s used for Israeli housing. This is because the Barack administration is implicitly egging the Mooses on. This wasn’t the case for all US administrations.
Well, what ought to be more important is that the so-called “Palestinians” really don’t want a two-state solution, but to conquer all of Israel. But the left perpetuates the lie.
Israel needs to stop worrying about what the world thinks and
do what is best for her own people . The world is going to condemn them no matter what they do anyways .

Israel will agree to a two state solution when *Palestine* recognizes Israel’s right to exist.
The very definition of being “Palestinian” is to never recognize Israel’s right to exist.
Obama stated in 2009 during his whirlwind tour of the Muslim world that he would put, “...sunlight between America and Israeli relations”.
All the while telling the Israelis, “I've got your back” and “all options are on the table” regarding the Iranian nuclear program. It was all a farce and Netanyahu knew it then.
THAT MEANT HE WAS DISTANCING HIMSELF from Israel via his own initiative in order to curry favor with Arabs and Muslims.
This was his “Muslim Outreach” policy and his cold shoulder to Israel policy.
We now see that the entire edifice upon which Obama banked has utterly failed from the start of the “Arab Spring” to the ongoing terror attacks against the West.
Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, North Africa, the Emirates, the Yemenites, and to an extent, Europe all feel betrayed by Obama hence they have been ignoring him for years and rightfully so!
We can only pray the Trump sweeps the elections and restores the USA, the West and Israel to their proper places on the global stage and I don't mean the Obamian leading from behind...

I don’t recall hearing from John Kirby recently when the sweet little 13 year old girl was slaughtered in her own bed, while she slept, by a Palestinian.
Two state solution - what a joke.
They had a two state solution in 1948. The moslems didn’t want it and refused it. The terrorists attacked Israel and got their butts handed to them in a basket.
As a result of this the so called Palestinians lost their chance at having a country of their own.
Maybe they can wait for another 700 years or so (if the Lord tarries) and then try again.
Israel belongs to the Jews. and to no one else.
