A Look at Federal Cases on Handling Classified Information
Phys Org ^ | January 30, 2016 | Eric Tucker

But when the Justice Department does pursue a case, it often relies on a statute that bars the unlawful removal
and retention of classified documents. That low-level charge, meant for cases in which defendants
improperly hold onto information that they know to be classified, carries a fine and maximum yearlong prison
sentence and is reserved for people who have "really, really screwed up," Vladeck said.

Other, more serious laws make it a crime to knowingly disclose classified information to someone not authorized
to receive it, and threaten punishment for anyone who through "gross negligence" allows national
defense information to be removed from its proper place of custody.

Each case that's resulted in prosecution has unique facts, making comparisons difficult, but investigators
invariably take into account questions of knowledge, potential damage to national security,
who sent, received or stored the information, and whether the material was classified at the time of transmission.

He then gives short summaries of the four recent cases that have some parallels:
1)Petraeus, Deutch, Berger, and Nishimura.

I see the Globalists in this decision.
Soros is a major Clinton funder, Wall Street dittos,
and Lynch (like Holder like Reno etal) is a tool.

Hey Mr Comey, can you please publish your price list for getting out of prison on criminal charges. At least that way everyone will have a general idea of how much it costs to not be charged for a crime.

This is a watershed moment.

"equal protection for all" no longer means what it says.

With this corrupt Hussein administration I would bet Comey's price was similar to Chief Justice Roberts (unless either one of them were blackmailed).

After what Comey said she did,the fact that she can run for President and claim this is behind her,she is cleared is obscene.
She does not even get a slap on the wrist for divulging top secret sap information, lying to the American people for a year, she says she did not send or receive classified material,Comey says she did,she said under oath she turned over all her work related emails,Comey said that she did not,she said she used one device, she had several and several private servers which she destroyed the data on.
Why the bell does she not at the very least get sanctioned by someone in authority, who the hell holds a lying scunmbag responsible for such incompetence?
Is it any wonder why she did not send help to our people in Benghazi? This woman is a basket case and should not be allowed anywhere near the White House, she is at best a dufus

Ignorance even feigned ignorance is now the excuse of the land.
