The fix was in.
Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey painted a devastating picture of Hillary Clintons reckless lawbreaking with her emails and the damage it likely caused but then recommended no charges against her.
When it comes to the Clintons, say goodbye to the rule of law.
Comey said the bureau looked for evidence that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on Clintons personal email servers, in violation of a statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.
Sure enough, his agents found plenty: 110 emails in 52 email chains were considered classified at the time they were sent or received.
That included eight Top Secret chains, 36 with Secret information and eight more that were Confidential. Another 2,000 were classified Confidential later.
There may have been more, but Comey said his agents couldnt examine all of Hillarys emails because some that were deleted may never be found.
The evidence showed Clinton and her colleagues were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information even if they may not have intended to break the law. And, as he said earlier, proving intent isnt necessary to find her guilty of a felony.

I would guess bribery.
That was so gross. Only the democrats get way with what the people don’t. I think we are close to a revolution here. I fully expect Cleveland to allow assaults on our delegates. much blood will follow. I talked to one delegate last night and she was very apprehensive. She said they will use security buses in security corridors. The soros communists and the illegal aliens and al qaeda will be there. they will need thousands of security volunteers. Expect the Cleveland “police” to do absolutely nothing but stand around.
The answer.
+1.
He should be completely ridiculed out of Washington DC. What he said didn’t even make sense. He might as well have stood up there and said......yes, she’s guilty. Here are all the ways she’s guilty but we won’t recommend indictment because...well, shes Hillary Clinton.
Find the number of your reps and call them.
We can all do that.
They are counting on us doing nothing.
Great idea!
Too bad Ammon Bundy and his family didn't figure out what kind of corrupt lawless thugs they were dealing with back in the spring.
Things might have turned out a little differently...
I'd steer clear of that if I were you.
Thugs like Comey EXIST to use the "law" against uppity peasants.
Ask the Bundys from Nevada what happens to mere serfs who mouth off to their federal Betters...
You’re right, plus Chris Stevens’ daily diary was found by a newman, laying on the floor of Stenens’ office. The FBI was in Benghazi, I think, 1 day. I guess they didn’t find “nuthin”.
The average German didn’t have any arms, except the wealthy and their arms were for sport.
Once upon a time I had the highest regard for the FBI. Not any longer.
Of course. Laws are for us little people and mouth-breathers. We are truly a nation of castes. The political elites, wealthy and well-connected are above the law. Laws are only meant to keep us little folk in line and under control.
Classic. LOL
She’s not the president. With this congress, they would let her slide, just as they did her husband. Yes, he was
impeached by congress, but allowed to keep living in our whitehouse. PLUS, all the records are still sealed about his debauchery.

YUP, seems like O’s fbi is good at finding nuthin.
Apparently so. In which case, I can only quote Gen. McCauliffe at Bastogne in Dec 1944, "Nuts!"

It’s strange - doesn’t add up...
I could cross-post this on 100 threads, but it’s an unpopular opinion so I’ll just drop it here, once.
I think the bar should be very, very high for the executive branch to use the prosecutorial power to affect the process by which the incumbent is replaced.
Her shield was the fact she's a major candidate.
But, I think the threshold was crossed. Gross Negligence. Criminal Negligence.
