FBI boss’ outrageous double standard in letting Hillary skate
The New York Post ^ | July 5th, 2016 | By Post Editorial Board

The fix was in.

Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey painted a devastating picture of Hillary Clinton’s reckless lawbreaking with her emails and the damage it likely caused — but then recommended no charges against her.

When it comes to the Clintons, say goodbye to the rule of law.

Comey said the bureau looked for evidence that “classified information was improperly stored or transmitted” on Clinton’s personal email servers, in violation of a “statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.”

Sure enough, his agents found plenty: 110 emails “in 52 email chains” were considered classified “at the time they were sent or received.”

That included eight “Top Secret” chains, 36 with “Secret” information and eight more that were “Confidential.” Another 2,000 were classified “Confidential” later.

There may have been more, but Comey said his agents couldn’t examine all of Hillary’s emails because some that were deleted may never be found.

The evidence showed Clinton and her colleagues were “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information” — even if they may not have “intended” to break the law. And, as he said earlier, proving intent isn’t necessary to find her guilty of a felony.

I suspect this subject will get a lot of ink between now and November.

But not in the Compost or the NYT.

Comey needs to be “Alinskied.” The MSM won't defend him because he is a white male (meanwhile, the MSM will do everything to protect Hillary). He needs to become the symbol for everything that is corrupt in DC today.

What’s the point of having laws if they can’t be enforced?

Comey and Lynch should be indicted too, as well as Hillary.

This was like a bad dream. I can’t wake up. I have comey listing huge criminality and lying that “intent “ was required ( when it isn’t) and then saying he recommends “ no prosecution”. This is madness.

When Mr. Comey gets up off his knees, I hope he remembers to wipe off his chin...

I can’t believe what I’m hearing.

He lays out some details of the investigation. And he lays out some dsmning details and legal violations committed.

But then he says the conclusion is that there should be no prosecution , in direct contradiction to everything he said leading up to his conclusion. And we are supposed to swallow this hook line and sinker???

Definition of Top Secret:

containing or being information whose unauthorized disclosure could result in exceptionally grave danger to the nation

Puts a whole new spin on the concept of "extremely reckless"

The Clinton's legacy of corruption was solidified with their “acquisition” of 600+ (some say 900+) FBI files during the early ages of Bill's presidency. That along with his firing of 90+ federal judges and replacing them with his cronies. They have been using the FBI information to their advantage ever since.

Normal people go to jail even if they didn’t intend to violate the law. Specially-privileged ruling elites can do anything they want, intentionally, and go free.

My question is how was her conduct not intentional? It was clearly intentional. She sent classified stuff on an unsecured system and she knew all that.

The information is not for us, but for the media to repeat endlessly and for the dimrat voters.

I have been saying for a while that Hillary’s fate was dependent on Obama. He is the law now and Hillary has permanent immunity.

How is showing classified stuff to your girlfriend (petraeus) different from showing classified stuff to your political operative (Hillary to Blumenthal)?
