exactly, it’s not “blaming the victim” to tell young women, “don’t be reckless”
IF something bad is done the perp is always fully to blame, but that does not mean it is smart to court disaster. I (a man) don’t go walking drunk late at night in dangerous neighborhoods; if I did and I was attacked, the legal blame would all be on the attacker, but still my behavior would be stupid.
