Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton met with FBI officials Saturday about her private email server that has sparked a federal investigation, her campaign said.
"Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary," Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said in an email Saturday afternoon. "She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion. Out of respect for the investigative process, she will not comment further on her interview."
Sources confirm to CBS News that the investigation is in its final phase and interviewing Clinton was one of the last steps before concluding the investigation and submitting recommendations on whether charges should be filed.
The meeting, which lasted approximately three-and-a-half hours, took place at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., according to a campaign aide.

This ‘interview’ should have taken place on the 5th of July. Not on a Saturday. The ‘fix’ is in. It cracks me up how everyone is saying that Comey is such an ‘honorable man’ and a ‘straight shooter’ with ‘integrity’.
He sure isn’t showing any of that in this investigation so far. He’s been showing that he’ll play along with the game to sanitize Hillary in time for the election.
Od we haven’t heard why FBI isn’t questioning Bill about the encounter with AG to try and ascertain if he was obstructing an investigation.

Any real interview with Hillary should have taken much more than 12 hours. They should have grilled her until she was ready to pop.
That the interview was just a few cups of coffee long just tells you they just want to be able to say ‘we interviewed her’.

Of course they will. They had prima facie evidence of a Felony when the very first classified information was found on her server.
INTENT to compromise that information is not required for a felony conviction.
The fact that TS/SCI was found there most certainly has them conducting a Treason investigation. And, here's the kicker:
If she transmitted any of that information to ANY foreign national she risks being charged with Treason. And if not Treason, most certainly with willful disclosure...even if she claims she didn't KNOW it was classified.
This will all be up to the DOJ now. And it's certain they are weighing the risk of not prosecuting against the CERTAIN disclosure by the National Security Apparatus of every detail.
After all, that would make all of them co-conspirators and there's potentially a new POTUS and DOJ in a mere 6 months.
Nay. I say DOJ takes it to a Grand Jury (weakly) and tries to stall until after the election IF THEY CAN. In the interim, once FBI et al notices the stall they'll start leaking.
And leaking big.
The 'NO IDICTMENT' announcement will be Labor day weekend.

This is the big unknown for the DOJ and the Obama admin. If prosecution is recommended and they stall going to a grand jury, members of the investigative team (career positions), not political appointments, will leak and they will not wait until after the election to do it. It will be done before the election.

“Mrs. Clinton, how are the grandchildren?”

Doesn’t matter, the FBI knows what Pagliano told them. People forget, part of this investigation, is was there a conspiracy to violate Federal laws and regulations?
What Pagliano will be able to provide the FBI is the intent behind the setup of the private server. Both Pagliano and Hillary knew that was illegal but went ahead and established the server anyway. If he has evidence that Hillary directed him to set up the server with the intent to avoid federal laws such as FOIA, then you have a conspiracy, which proves intent. Very serious at that point.
I would be amazed if he wasn’t.

I’m sorry. I just don’t trust our gov’t anymore. I try, but there is so much corruption, bribery, blackmail, and voter fraud.
