Let me add a possible twist. Let’s say Bill knows that they are going to have to bring charges — what better stall than to compromise Loretta or apparently the process and there by get a special prosecutor appointed bring about a SIX MONTH DELAY to the charges?

That is going around and I buy it except or the fact that the special prosecute simply presents the FBI charges and evidence to the Grand Jury for indictment. There is no delay. The case is investigated and the FBI refers for prosecution. The SP picks up the file, calls the witnesses and presents evidence to the Grand Jury. They indict or not indict. She has not prepared for trial any more that he would have. The simple criminal issue is — did she have unsecured server at her house exposed and in fact hacked? and it was an obvious crime for each government document to appear on that server. This is not Rocket Science. They only had 12 FBI agents on that aspect of her criminal activity. I think they wrap it up today. She will take the 5th or lie ,which is a separate Federal crime. Over 130 agents have worked on her taking bribes both directly into her bank account ( from China on the WTO sellout) and through the “foundation” .The Way that worked was the entity seeking favors gave money to a Canadian front “foundation” . Under Canadian Law, the donor may not be revealed. Then the Canadian straw man sent money to the clinton foundation in huge bundled amounts. This washed out the crooked donor names . Then Hillary ,after the money was paid, did the requested deed. Many of the government document emails that she destroyed ( another crime) dealt with the quid pro quo. Some emails probably were to her daughter and her husband as well as Sid Bloomenthal. This IMO was the reason to hide the server to begin with. Note that Bill Clinton was part of the corrupt scheme by doing the scam speeches. He is up to his eye balls and panicked and stalked Loretta Lynch to Phoenix and tried to put the fix in. It was exposed and blew up.
