No, but she exhibited the most terrible discretion of judgment I have ever seen by a federal, or even county level, prosecutor I have ever seen in my career. Any other prosecutor would recuse themselves and hope that they aren’t sanctioned by the state bar association.

I don’t play a lawyer on TV, but I am one in real life.

The key words “any other prosecutor” say it all. This is the Democrat party at work here, and they do things as they see fit, whether it’s ethical or not. Don’t forget: the rules DO NOT apply to them.

I don’t see Lynch recusing herself, but carrying on as usual.
