When I said “small place,” it was not an understatement: 725 sq. ft. not counting 2 balconies.
My present bedroom and bath are 900 square feet, not counting the walk-in closet or the balcony with my swing.
I hope Louie & I can live in such a small space ...LOL.

I’m currently living in a loft condo over looking a beautiful little main street. It’s pedestrian living, and I love it. I see friends with their 5 bedroom 8 bathroom homes.. etc. Never again...
