This is how it went down. Lynch tells Hillary and Obama she IS going to bring charges against her. Bill meets with Lynch knowing it will disqualify her. She steps down and then the replacement is already committed to not bringing charges or because that person will need time to get up to speed, that person won’t bring charges until after the election.

If the NYTimes’s report this morning is accurate, Lynch is not going to announce that she's stepping down; she's going to announce that she will abide by whatever recommendation the FBI makes regarding HRC. This is not good news for HRC.

That would mean that Lynch agreed to the meeting so she could "honorably" disqualify herself and bring about what you predict. That is real vile stuff for any group of lawyers, also an "ad hoc" RICO case.
