Nice wat to bash Uber without any facts!
Four of the vehicles were linked to the Uber Technologies Inc [UBER.UL] platform, Doguin said, but it was unclear whether the human smugglers had hailed the drivers using the Uber app.
So, did they call Uber or not? Headline not matching the story is getting all too common.
“Yes, that will be $18 for the taxi fare, an extra $3 for the burro, and $250,000 for the fine I’ll have to pay to ICE should I get caught.”
Apparently they have Uber in Mexico now.
Ok...the human smuggling aspect aside, it’s now illegal to drive someone to the border in Mexico? I don’t see where they actually took them across the border into the US. Or am I missing something?
Times are tough. Gotta save money any way you can these days...................
