WASHINGTON — Transgender individuals will be able to openly serve in the U.S. armed forces, Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced Thursday. The new policy will be phased in over a one-year period and, effective immediately, servicemembers may no longer be involuntarily separated, discharged or denied reenlistment solely on the basis of gender identity, according to a Department of Defense news release. Servicemembers currently on duty will be able to serve openly. At one year, the services will begin allowing transgender individuals to join the armed forces, assuming they meet accession standards. Gender identity will also not be considered a bar to admission to a military service academy, for participation in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps or any other accession program, if the individual meets the new criteria. “This is the right thing to do for our people and for the force,” Carter said in a news release issued shortly before the formal announcement. “We’re talking about talented Americans who are serving with distinction or who want the opportunity to serve.” The new policy also establishes a construct to let servicemembers transition gender while serving and sets standards for medical care. news@stripes.com

Although the article points the finger for this perverted policy at the Defense Secretary, please note that worthless Congress has the constitutional authority to kill this policy, but will probably not do so imo.

Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also end the perverted policies of the lawless Obama Administration.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

•The head and neck.
•The area 2 inches above the center of the elbow and 1 inch below.
•The area 2 inches above the wrist.
•Hands, with the exception of a single band tattoo on one finger that is no more than 3/8 of an inch thick.
•The area 2 inches above and below the center of the kneecap.
