It’s not only illegal aliens who are escaping enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws. Under the Obama administration’s expansive interpretation of executive authority, legal immigrants seeking citizenship through the nation’s Naturalization process are now exempt from a key part of the Oath of Allegiance.
Immigrants seeking to become citizens no longer have to pledge to “bear arms on behalf of the United States.” They can opt out of that part of the Oath. Nor do they have to cite any specific religious belief that forbids them to perform military service.

This radical change was announced a year ago, in July of 2015. Congress did not enact the change in new legislation. There was no congressional debate, no filibuster in the US Senate, and no sit-in in the House to demand that a bill to repeal the USCIS action be brought to a vote.
No, this radical change was implemented while Congress slept. Like other Obama actions to undermine our immigration laws, the Republican-controlled Congress has not used its constitutional powers to reverse the administrative action. Thank God many states are stepping up to fill that void.

The truth is that most of wouldn’t have anyway.
Patriots, please bear in mind that as much as the media blames everything on Obama, Congress has always had the constitutional authority to stop Obama’s actions but has stubbornly refused to do so.
Consider that corrupt Congress is arguably exploiting last term Obama by allowing him to get away with doing things that corrupt lawmakers want to do, Obama being corrupt Congress’s “usefull idiot” in that context. (Patriots need to reconsider the 22nd Amendment.)

Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that is not only willing to work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody who is here legally, but will also put a stop to unpopular and unconstitutonal actions by lawless presidents.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

I am of the opinion that its time to reconvene the House "Committee of Un-American Activities".
It would investigate and take action about the State Dept., CIA activities in foreign lands, the "JUST-US" Dept., and the impact of various lobbyists, and Soros on legislation,
as well as the biased propaganda put out by ABCBSCNNBC media, Hollywood, and the GLOWBull Changing ponzi scheme.
I was just at a swearing in ceremony and this was part of the oath.
There was no mention of opting out. All 70 people took the same oath.
And you could not get out of there without registering to vote. They did everything they could to make everyone think it was part of the swearing in.
I consider the current crop of polidiots / presstitutes to be active enablers of Nikita Khrushchev’s / Stalins threat that they will destroy or bury us from within or without firing a shot .... I believe another said America will fall like an over ripe fruit into our hands.
