The Germans are now in complete control of continental Europe. For the Brits this will be bad. Companies will leave, jobs will be lost, Scotland will likely break away. For the Germans this will be good.

For Britain's sake, I hope you are wrong about companies leaving Britain, and Scotland breaking away. I don't think were really know yet how this is going to turn out.

Not really. Berlin has already been running the EU. GB has not been a leader in the EU for a long time. Brexit will just rip the facade off the phony EU.
Or....Other countries will be inspired to leave the EU.

Trump’s Mother was Scottish. She was an immigrant from Scotland. Came here as an adult.
Trump is technically a Scottish citizen.
Now the French, the Dutch and other European countries will have to decide if they want to be part of EU as well.
Perhaps they won’t march in lockstep with the Germans.
Brexit is a start of a movement all across Europe. I would agree that in isolation, you have a point, but now the rest of the continent is empowered to follow in Britain’s lead.
