How many of them are English at heart and how many were European and from elsewhere and did not care ???
Illegal aliens or non British citizens could come into Gibraltar and send in a Gibraltar stamped ballot..
no Gibraltar is only 4% to “LEAVE” not remain
but they were always going to be an extreme outlier, because they see (rightly) the EU as the main obstacle to Spain closing their border, bullying them to an extreme degree etc.
