So who is gonna stop him? 1) THE STATES who are constitutionally sovereign against foreign invasion, once the people of each state decide freedom from federal tyranny is more important than dependence on federal funding and force the issue accordingly through initiatives, propositions, recall, and their representatives.
2) CONGRESS through impeachment and removal if the American People made it plain that the jackals in D.C. were going to lose their cushy jobs.

You are wrong on both issues.
The states can only stop the tyranny through Article V and I only see a few folk pushing for such a convention.
IMPEACHMENT was taken off the table for the black man back when that drunk Boner was Speaker. Paul Rhino ain't bringing it up -- cripes he cannot even get the RATS to leave their sit in!!!!!!!!!
