If a criminal government gives preferential treatment to criminal groups and a lawful citizen were to take justice into their own hands, it would be a suicide mission. One would have to come to terms with the consequences and then act. Hopefully it will not come to that and Trump will bring back law, order and national security to our country. If law enforcement is unable to purge society of these criminals, as Obama has empowered so many, I hope President Trump would confer temporary legal status to citizens to aid in the capture and exile of criminals. Under those circumstances I personally would volunteer myself and my vehicles for hazardous work without pay.

Government will never give this go-ahead. I think that Duterte is going to be the first and only person to do that.
Even with government support, half of this country considers WE THE PEOPLE as the biggest threat, and that our actions would be war crimes.
Nothing short of an asteroid strike will make this right.
