How were they released on $1,000 bond when they brutally attacked a man and his daughter? If I were the judge I would have postponed the bail hearing for a week or set bail so high that the Wallace family did not hunt me down like a rabid skunk.

Mike Wallace attacked after concert: Three people have been arrested in connection with an assault on former NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Mike Wallace and his daughter following a Rascal Flatts concert Friday night in Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Wallace posted a note on Facebook about the assault, which he said sent him and his adult daughter, Lindsey Wallace Van Wingerden, to the hospital. The 57-year-old Wallace said he suffered a concussion. A CMPD spokesman confirmed that three men were arrested in the Wallace assault. According to their arrest records, Nathan Lucas and Mangum were charged with misdemeanor simple assault, while Paul Lucas was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. All were released after posting bond ($1,500 for Paul Lucas, $1,000 apiece for Nathan Lucas and Mangum).
AND: Kenny [Wallace] said Mike, 57, was kicked repeatedly in the head while unconscious. His daughter tried to jump on top of him to shield Wallace and was kicked in the ribs multiple times. Mike's Facebook page shows a gruesome photo of his bloodied face and two more of his daughter strapped onto a stretcher. Kenny said his brother received 12 stitches inside his mouth for his injuries. I wished I saw van Halen with Roth as the lead back in his prime. Saw them last year in Anaheim with my cousin. But it was ‘almost” as good as watching Deep Purple 3 months here. Those dudes didn’t even play “Space Truckin” for crying out loud during the set. Effing rip off bro..
