How about we don't give them hammers, baseball bats, lumber, etc....after all each of these items has been used to commit murder.

How about we accelerate the use of the Death Penalty instead? Mother of child Murdered with a 2 ft section of FENCE POST, by a Sociopath killer who just wanted the JOLLIES to see what it felt like to kill. Well the ASS AG gave the prep a big break, M1 down to M2 median sentence, 2 years to get that, 10 months later first of 6 parole hearings. Made the INJUSTICE SYSTEM max out his good 'behavior' time out of those 20 years, he now walks Tennessee a free man...and I CCW.
