The Washington Post is trying to shift the issue. No, the feds didn’t have the right to arrest him. But that’s not the question. The questions are why was he taken off the watch list and how did he ever get security clearance to work for a DHS private contractor.
He didn’t work on a DHS contract, and “watch” lists are GARBAGE when neither the resources nor political will exist to actually watch those on them. All Muslims should be rounded up and interned and/or deported instead!
