Ryan is an idiot. He can’t sue the President for using his legally mandated powers under the immigration laws to keep out a group of people deemed dangerous. Its very specific that the President has total discretion and Ryan knows it. He’s running scared now that he realizes Trump may well be elected and his little RINO universe will tilt on its axis.
