Too true! On FB, I re-connected with people I hadn’t talked to in 40 years. After about a week, I remembered why I hadn’t cared to talk to them in 40 years.
I “reconnected” with some folks I hadn’t seen for 20 years or so. With one, I know what her cat looks like, that her house has chipmunks, and that her basement got water the last time it rained. You know, all the things I’ve wondered about the past 20 years.
