The problem with the mental cases is the “client privilege” thing.

Mental illness is a prerequisite to be a Liberal. I’m not joking. Liberals shouldn’t have guns.
We already have laws that need to be enforced. But, I’d like to read the whole bill. Of course, it won’t be simple as this and plz don’t gang up on me. But, if a law stated those with schizophrenia or DID need psychological clearance from a medical provider, I wouldn’t be opposed. I don’t know state laws and regulations. Perhaps states already have it in place.
